My dog was severely injured

My dog was severely injured at My Pal Grooming. In between her toes, there was a deep cut over an inch in depth. My poor dog had to be put under and had 5 stitches, plus was put on antibiotics and pain medication for a week. I didn't even realize she was hurt bc Debra never even had the consideration to tell me my dog was injured, which was unforgivable. When I told her about my dog, she admitted, yes, the dog was injured and was bleeding, but she had simply forgotten to tell me in the rush of getting my dog to me. This was a complete lie as I waited 25 minutes in the shop for my dog to finish being groomed and chatted with her the whole time. I acknowledge accidents can happen, although, I have had dogs for 10 years and have never had a dog severely injured by a grooming. But her deception and lies are what really upset me. I wanted to give her zero stars but this was not an option
